The technician broke off my gas cap and preceded to tell me "it was d... read more The technician broke off my gas cap and preceded to tell me "it was damaged before I arrived." My gas cap was fully connected to my car before I arrived. He broke it and was rude and unprofessional. Horrible, horrible service! Is it unreasonable to expect your car to leave inspection in the same condition that it entered inspection? Do not get your car inspected here because when they damage your car they will not take responsibility!
