We were standing outside waiting when he said “Stop staring, I am not going to do anything to your car.” This was odd. My wife and I were talking as we glanced over again. He then says “If you don’t stop watching, then I am going to stop and you can take it somewhere else.” Not even a minute later he says “you can take it somewhere else”. I said “we are just trying to get the inspection done”. He said “my internet is down, I can’t do it”. This guy is a nut. I would advise you to avoid him.

As always, very professional and forth coming. I have other mechanics charge me for something I did not need and Billy was honest with me, which I am grateful. He told me He has a guy who can replace my brake pad for $80.00 provided I get the parts. I went to my auto shop. They told me my brake pads are almost brand new. I went back to Masood and told him I got it fixed. Without checking he passed the inspection. Beware of this guy. He works with other older guy. Both are running this scam.
