Very disappointing the service from Top Tech, I trusted them twice and... read more Very disappointing the service from Top Tech, I trusted them twice and was let down, asking them to fix the stop engine light, and what ever it needed, payed good money, it came out that the light was still on, I was not using the vehicle that often because of illness. Took back to them, that wanted to say it was something else for the same problem, told me they would make it good and then charge me again, well the stop engine light came on again the same diagnostic and now it seems that want to charge again and say it something else. my trust in them went out the window, be careful. this all happen in less than a 90 day window!
Horrible value, dishonest and can't stick to his word of having vehicl... read more Horrible value, dishonest and can't stick to his word of having vehicle ready in addition rude and blamed me for getting wrong parts, i have record of every phone call and text message verifying with him that the parts i ordered were correct but then i would bring the part and was told numerous times it was wrong after sending him part numbers and links to the parts that he confirmed to be correct. Total ripoff went for transmission and rather than asking me anything just did what he wanted to do so i had to bring the car back and pay an additional $1900 on topof the $3500 roughly for the transmission because rather than asking me if i wanted things replaced just slapping things together and saying you're trying to save me money, total lie or you would have replaced everything rather than just what you wanted, please don't patronize this place i was without my car for 5 and a half out of the last 6 months because this place and had they really wanted to help as they claimed i wouldn't be writing a review of this nature, please do yourself a favor and just go to the dealership where you bought your car for an estimate before going anywhere else, i learned the hard way and i pray you don't have to by reading my experience.
