I took my 14 flhxs in for cams, lifters and a dyno tune on a referral from a friend who liked the shop and recommended them. He asked me what tuner I had which was a power vision pv-2 and I left the bike. Days later he calls me because he can't tune the bike and blames my tuner. After calling dynojet corporate I was enlightened of the fact that Jim's software and tuning capabilities are out of date and not compatible with my tuner even though it was a three year old technology and he didn't mention any of this at time of drop off. He stated he was happy to sell me an older tuner and he would get my bike running right but charges 600.00 for the older pc5 tuner and labor. Really? If he was honest up front I would have left and taken the bike to someone who could tune with new software or do manual tuning which Jim couldn't do but dyonjet stated was an option. I weighed my options and decided that I didn't have much of a choice since the bike wasn't tuned and I could not ride it home so I paid him for the new tuner. Jim seemed to get the bike running properly and gave me a Call to let me know it was ready. Upon arrival to pick up the bike, we both noticed oil collecting on top of the cam chain cover and around the tappets. He went inside the shop to get a towel and cleaned the oil off my bike. I then rode the Bike 65 miles home where I noticed a lot of oil running down the paint, all over the cam chain cover and covering the tappets and pushrods. I immediately called Jim and Sandy and stated that my bike was leaking and the repair was not done right. They immediately told me that it was my responsibility to get the bike back to them and that they would not pay for a trailer, assist in any transportation, fix the bike on site at my property, or pay to have the bike repaired at a closer shop to prevent cosmetic or mechanical damage to the motorcycle. They also stated that it wasn't their problem a
