Robbie was the guy I spoke with and he was very friendly. He made me feel right at home even though I'm just a stranger passing through.

I am having trouble right now with having the owner to make the necessary repairs to ensure the work is completed? I have been given the run around and still I have no vehicle. My trust in the facility as a single female has been shattered. I was hoping that I could trust a repair shop (individuals) to do what is right! I paid a fair price and I hoped for a completed repair. It saddens me to think that as a single female I have to make sure that I have a man with me to ensure that I will be treated with dignity and respect and pay for a service and receive what paid for!

My 2008 Lexus LS460 was due for the 60k maintenance and I was pressed for time, so I was not able to take it to Westside Lexus and I'm glad I didn't because that rate at Golden Wrench is half! To my surprise they have a master technician there that specializes in Japanese vehicles, so my car was a snap for him.
