The worst experience ever took my car there cause my gear wouldn't go ... read more The worst experience ever took my car there cause my gear wouldn't go into park so he charged me 150.00 to look at it then disassembled my shifter and left it like that with no solution said he couldn't find parts for it said for me to go look for another solution for it. And then they had disabled my car alarm and they couldn't get it to work again and Dave tells me they don't know how to get it to work. Well first off my car was fine when I got there my alarm worked. And they did nothing to help to get my alarm working he tells me go to an alarm company to get it fixed. I will never go there again shity service they will take you money with no problem at all. So my shifter doesn't work my alarm doesn't work and I am out 150.00 so people don't go there I am not sure they can help you they didn't help me at all.

Two weeks later I call them, they don’t even remember me but just tell me bring in my vehicle they’ll get me in. They told me it would be a week and a half to rebuild the engine and they would call me when it was done. They originally quoted me $3995. A week after I dropped it off they called me and told me it would $7k to fix it. I told them that wouldn’t work so they backed it off to $5700. They told me again a week and a half and they would call me-don’t call them. Two weeks later I call them and they told me they would call me back later that day with an update. No call. I called back Monday and the guy I spoke with was absolutely nasty to me. It had already taken twice as long as they had quoted me and my car had failed the test drive. They decided to pull my engine back out and NO ONE had called me!!!!!!!!! This time they told me it would be 15-20 business days! On top of the time they already had it! When I finally get it back the interior is greasy the exterior is caked in dirt and my Windshield is cracked! I read the reviews and decided to give this place a chance. I just hope the engine holds up because if that works as well as anything else this company does it’s gonna crap out.

AutoDoc has a super convenient drop box that allows customers to securely place their car keys in an envelope and into their locked night drop box. Chris called me early the following day to confirm they were working on my vehicle. Excellent communication, repair work & customer service with Auto Doc!!!
