Unprofessional, expensive, and didn't even fix the problem. I was charged $60 for service call on window unit AC, then a total of $185 to fix the problem. Dan said it was a freon leak. It got returned and it didn't cool. Then I gave them a second chance to fix it, yet I got my window unit returned with unconnected hoses! I asked them to at least connect the hoses so I could have someone else repair it and Dan refused. Perhaps the beer in his truck was a factor his ability to perform a sober job successfully. The worst part was that I hired him so my mom wouldn't suffer in the heat.

Dan's Repair did the job exactly as promised.
Both my Front loading Washer and Dryer went out.
Dan's gave me a fair price and the turn around was 1 day.
Both work like new.  With out Dan's I would be at the Laundry Mat!
