I have delt with several PDR businesses in the past to repair door dings and hail dents. I was never satisified with their work. I took a chance with DFW Dent Repair to take out some door dings and some manufacturer defects in the sheetmetal on my 2012 Dodge Charger SRT8 and hoped for the best. I could not believe my eyes after Justin and Chase did the work. It was like the door dings and defects were never there! I was so happy with their work that I recently took my wife's 2012 black Jeep Overland to take out a nice size door ding. Justin took care of it easily. I usually don't write reviews, but I had to give a huge "Thank You" to DFW Dent Repair, in Lewisville TX, for making our cars look great and for their 1st class customer service!!!

I spent a ton of time checking him out and checking out other PDR/dent repair people in the metroplex for our new Mini Cooper that was severely hail damaged. This guy is honest and straight up. Justin was referred to me by a good body shop in Lewisville and by some knowledgeable adjusters with my insurance company. High praise. Well earned because my car came out great without resorting to an expensive traditional "hammer and paint" approach.

Got online and was looking at his motorcycles and talk to his salesman (Ryan)I think was his name. Emailed every thing that they ask for as far as paperwork and verification to get approved. I had a 2004 honda v_t_x 1300 retro with 19,000 miles on it as a trade in. The salesman told me that everything looked fine so I loaded up my motorcycle on a trailer drove an hour and a half almost 2 hours to his lot. By the way I live in southern Oklahoma. Got down there let him (Josh)(Owner) look at my motorcycle he said he liked it and it was very nice and then when they started looking at my paperwork again out of the blue said I'm sorry I cannot help you because you live in Oklahoma and rent your house and do not own it. Josh was very rude talking to me I explained to him that I had previously owned my house and had moved to a different area to be closer to my wife's family because her father was very sick and we could only find a rent house at the time we moved. Lived in this rent house a year and 9 months by this time. Had plenty of good paperwork as far as renting history which by the way my landlord is an attorney and even wrote a letter with his letterhead on it. But he decided I was not good enough for some reason to buy 1 of his motorcycles so I wasted a whole day borrowing a trailer from a friend and about 60 dollars in gas back and forth for nothing. I had already been told on the phone that everything looks good and come on down. I think that they are a bunch of scam artists and crooks. I also think that they profile who they want to let buy a motorcycle and who they don't. It has nothing to do with if you are qualified or not because I had plenty of good qualifications. I would never buy one single thing from them if it was the cheapest motorcycle on the planet.
