To use a Texas phrase, they are "straight shooters" about what needs to be done, give good prices, Chris Sr, Chris Jr and Service Manager Wendy are all great to work with. Porsche does not warrant the problem an according to them there is no fix. Their guidelines are to replace the transmission. 18,000 dollars. I found Joe and eurofix on a Porsche forum where another owner had his transmission fixed by them. I called Joe and he said he could repair my car. It is not easy to transport a car to mechanic 700 miles away but Joe's confidence and professionalism put me at ease. I have my car back and it is running great. Thanks Joe Gabrel L.
