These guys really know what they are doing. Had a check engine light on my 2016 Prius come on. Upon arrival at their shop, the first thing I noticed was that David, the owner, had all of his training certifications and credentials for Toyota up on the wall which gave me a high level of comfort. I also got a real feeling of trust when dealing with Tony who took care of me. These guys are honest and take the time to explain the issues. Their pricing was also very fair. I took it to them at 11 am yesterday and they had me out by 5 pm. I will be taking my Prius back to Japanese Auto Repair for any future work I may need. Derrest S. Farmers Branch, TX

Significantly less expensive than a dealership and David doesn't try to push services on you that are not needed. He also stands by his work which is huge. I would highly recommend especially to single female car owners. For once I had repair done and didn't have to take back because something not done correct or another issue was now present. They are the Best!
