    After a wreck, My car had been towed to Redman’s automotive where they... read more After a wreck, My car had been towed to Redman’s automotive where they informed me that they could do the engine work just not the body. I googled (First mistake) Hales Collision and gave them a call, I spoke with Billy Bugg over the phone who continued to assure me that he would get my car taken care of in no time and that he would even give me a discount as long as I paid part of the repairs up front. In trust of this man, who is very good at manipulating I gave him permission to tow my car from Redman’s Automotive all the way to Hales, being promised that I would not get charged for this tow. On 08/29/2012 Billy Bugg gave me an estimate of which he assured me would not be added to and also told me my car would be ready in 4-6 weeks, which is decent timing so I agreed for them to begin work. Now during this time I had to go without a car and my family was so gracious to help me get to and from work. Well 4 months later, after paying half the amount due up front (Yes almost 4 months) I had enough with the lies, the stories, the fibs, the reason that my car was STILL not going to be ready until after Thanksgiving. On November 26, 2012 Billy Bugg gave me a call around 8:30 am in the morning. During our phone call he verbally agreed that if I would give him 2-3 more weeks to finish my vehicle that he would have the car fully painted and back in shape looking better than before, he also told me that the remaining amount on my bill would be removed since they had taken so long. The only remaining amount would be $400.00 to cover the cost of the parts. He claimed all these agreements as a “wedding gift” since I had just gotten engaged on September 10. I had also informed him that my fiancé and I were paying for our wedding and I needed my car as quick as possible. Billy continued to text me and tell me that my car was “almost” done, yet every time it seemed to be near completion something else would go wrong.
