Posted fees in shop office Indicate price for full service oil change and lube is $36.99. Invoice was $48.95 before tax...they added fees for waste and disposal, bulk oil and for a "special filter". 

How is a "full service oil change" full service without including discarding the used oil and replacing the oil?

Fast service and polite but tried to upsell the $99.00 fuel injection service not only to me be the female after me as well.

One of his comments to me and her was "a lot of other companies try to get to you because you are a female but not us"

I took my car there to get an oil change and the guys were very helpful doing a great job to get me in/out quickly. I asked them to check one of my front lights and they found that it needed a part that was corroding. They offered to research the part for me and fix it. They have excellent customer service! I'll go there each time I need an oil change or brake fluid change again. I trust that they won't try to fix anything that doesn't need fixing. Derek is very knowledgeable and helpful! Custer Road was the location I went to. Thanks Guys!!!
