He supposedly filled my car with freon and I was told it was a little cooler but still warm I had to pay an additional 100 to have freon put in my car and was told it did not have any freon. WORST PLACE EVER!!!! Collinsworth is the worst shop in Garland. Went i... read more WORST PLACE EVER!!!! Collinsworth is the worst shop in Garland. Went in to get an alignment and Greg the owner tells us it was unsuccessful due to the wheel bearings needing to be fixed. He then says he can not do the alignment until that is fixed but we need to pay the full amount of the the alignment. So we paid for a service that was not done. As I was talking to him asking for a refund, he missed a phone call and tells me “you see, I just lost another customer because of this issue, bottom line you will not get your money back”. He was so unprofessional and just plain mean. He wanted to charge over $750 to fix the wheel bearings when a shop down the street agreed to do it for $450 (alignment included) I definitely will not go back there and advice anyone looking for a place to fix your car DO NOT GO TO COLLINSWORTH on Saturn and Cranford (Garland, TX). In my opinion they are thieves!!!!
