They sent a tow to pick up my vehicle and searched for the entire assembly kit and I had my vehicle in a week! The guys are respectful and courteous. They also have a salvage vehicle lot where you can pick your own used parts, making your repair cost you less! There are also customer vehicles for sale so you can shop for another vehicle! It's really cool to have the convenience of a one-stop shop!! Thanks, guys!
I purchased a motor from this other brother at AJs auto...their other ... read more I purchased a motor from this other brother at AJs auto...their other brother Felix put in motor which I was told I couldn't pick out the motor. Two years and six thousand dollars of motor and hoses water pumps radiator at Felix. Fand M on I 35 and shepherd road. I decided to take it to beemers and Benz. Going on three years of paying them over four thousand saying don't call me I'll call you when your car is ready. Seven times it got towed back one hundred dollars each time. I was told I would be out in back of the line each time Louise the owner said. So we have not driven a BMW X3 in six years and thousand of dollars. I have a cousin that's a news reporter.i said they want to make a story and film at each location and put on San Antonio news. So go to these three places and see for your self . Take your cash is all there good for. So there Mr Louie. You told me to never go back I won't and I hope no one else does either
So sorry to be writing this, as we LOVE Tim Duncan, but he needs to kn... read more So sorry to be writing this, as we LOVE Tim Duncan, but he needs to know the shoddy details of his shop! My daughter paid for striping to be done on her car in May of 2015. The striping was wrinkled and looked bad after a couple months. My daughter called REPEATEDLY to request a time for the striping to be redone. She was told by "MIKE K." time & time again, to call back, because his "installer" had to match the stripe and he did not know what color it was, even though it was only a few months prior. My daughter was told repeatedly that she would have to WAIT for the installer to fit her into HIS schedule. EIGHT MONTHS later, when NO phone calls were being returned, we finally get a hold of "MIKE" again. He stated there would be a COST for the installer's time, for redoing the bad striping, even though we had a "5 Year" warranty, which we actually had to REQUEST in writing on the day of the install. VERY BAD SERVICE and RUDE People would take our calls and give no information, except to say, call back another time. Finally, after contacting "MIKE" and told him we have limited time between jobs to juggle transportation, my daughter left her car at their lot for a week, while on a business trip. "MIKE" forgot where he told her to put the keys to her car and seemed confused when we called. It is my guess they do this kind of thing very often! Finally, the installer got the job done, but they hardly acknowledged us at the front desk, and just drove her car to the front, so much as to say, here is your car, don't let the door hit you on the way out! We left without so much as a hello or goodbye! Thankfully, they did not request that we pay a cost for the installer's time, because they would be HARD PRESSED for that! Would NEVER go through those hoops again or do business with them again!
