Chris arranged to have her car picked up and taken to his shop where he diagnosed the problem and replaced her starter at a very reasonable charge. My daughter is not familiar with San Antonio and did not have a way to pick up her car. Chris, understanding of our situation, volunteered to drop it off to her after hours.
