This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. I ordered a break co... read more This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. I ordered a break controller a week ago, after waiting 7 days and no type of notification that my order was shipped I tried calling at 0900 to check to status. I was told to leave a message and Crystal would call me right back if the phone went to voice mail. I left Crystal a VERY detailed message asking to provide me the status of y order. At 3pm (1500) I tried calling back since Crystal never return my calls. The receptionist transferred me to sales only to be on hold for 45 minutes. Than someone picked up the phone and hung up on me. I called back and asked for a manager. I was told Jeff Wilson was the sales manager (972-629-6577). But he was the only person working the sale counter. I asked to be transfer to him. I was told she would but he's not going to answer he's doing other stuff. I ask if he was the only person working sale. The receptionist said she didn't know. I ask for the General Manager (Mike Phillips)how was not working that day. I ask for any other managers. I as told Jeff Wilson was the only person work all of the Southwest Wheel Company business this day (5 MARCH 2013). Again, I asked, "So you are telling me that this entire company is being ran by you and Jeff Wilson? Yes, I called Jeff's direct number 972-629-6577 and the phone was picked up on the first ring by Tom Curly (not sure of the last name he hung to fast to ask again) and told, I’ll call you I feel like it and hung up on. This company shows it is owed by two different Corporations NELSON H SPENCER ET AL and D V H COMPANIES INC. All this for a simple, HAS MY ORDER SHIPPED AND WHAT IS THE SHIPPING INFORMATION?
