I gave them the specifics of my vehicle, and the owner (wouldn't give me his name) indicated that they would charge $455 for the service, but if the damages were not over $5,000 they wouldn't be able to help. I assured him the damages were over that amount. I asked him to give me some advice on when to to get him involved to make sure I didn't miss a step in the process that would hurt my claim with the other party's insurance and he indicated he would not be able to help me and then hung up on me. I called back and the receptionist told me he had left the building. Make your own conclusions on the trustworthiness of this company.

Those rude county workers over there at the Department of Motor Vehicles kept giving me the run around making me fill out paper work and missing forms and appraisals. I waited in line twice and got fed up with one of those idiots behind the glass. Austin Auto Appraisers took care of everything and was a real big convenience for me.
