The thing that really got my attention was that they didn't try to sell me a bunch of unnecessary repairs, like some other shops have tried in the past. The owner asked me about my boats service and repair history and gave me some great advice, which will help me to take better care of my boat. Not being a mechanical type, I probably was lacking in the upkeep department and appreciate them taking the time to go over service schedules and when and why each item needs to be changed, inspected, lubricated, etc...
