Today,June 27th 2012. i went tto gateway Food Mart to purchase instant lottery tickets,as I have been doing for the last 3 days,and was told by the clerk that all lottery was closed,including the scratch of tickets. It was 7.15PM and I have been purchasing tickets for the last 3 days at around 8.30PM.I am writing this review because I noticed from day one the same clerk, would act impatient when serving me,and I even mentioned it to my husband, that he seemed even hostile! And today he proved me right, because his  facial expression and attitude showed me that. I'm just visiting Killeen because my son is in the army, and sas deployed on the 13th of June. He has a baby that is 1 month old and a 6yr old son, so I'm here to be supportive. I'm not saying people in Killeen, Texas has no customer service skills,because you travel long enough that hatefull people can be anywhere! I hope to speak to his manager, because I will be going back to that store, its in wakking distance from where am staying.
