I just got back from buy two "very expensive" (per the employee helping me) batteries for my truck.  Not only was the service slow - like ridiculously slow, but this employee continued to make comments about how expensive my vehicle was to operate and at one point was telling another customer how much my new tires would cost.  Then for whatever reason they decide to give me a complentary wheel alignment test and as they guy is pulling my truck out he hits a piece of equipment with my side mirror.  Thankfully there was no damage and I never did get my complementary test.
