Wheel balancing

My wheels vibrated after being balanced by another shop with a conventional balancer. 
Rollos has Hunter Road Force Touch balancer which I had heard good things about for difficult balancing jobs.

They did get them balanced for $25 per wheel, which I think is fair.  

What I found to be disappointing, was that after I specifically asked them to mount the better tires on the rear, they mounted them on one side.

It is surprising that they don't know that the better tires always need to be on the rear.
