Glad you take care of my car.
One suggestion, 
If you check the filters before the customer leaves, or just ask the customer at that time, then they can authorize the work, for example, if the air filter is dirty please swap it out.

After having so many service issues with an other automotive shop in the area,,, I feel relieved and very happy to have found The Montrose Automotive Center. They identified the problems with my Mercedes and fix it all.

I had a great experience with them. I took my Jeep for a routine check up as my tire was wearing out unevenly. They checked my whole system and got the Jeep fixed within 2 days. The shop is accessible, organized and the customer service was great. I will come back here for my future needs without hesitation.
