I was never told that the tires were not balanced. Tires were mounted on the rims but never balanced. Not balancing the tires caused damage to the tires after I drove the RV on the highway . This caused an extremely harsh ride. Violet  and heavy shaking.
When I returned the RV to  JV Houston Tires & Wheels I was informed they could not balance the wheels because they did not have the proper hubs for the tire balancing machine.  I have  attempted to have the tires balanced, at my expense to no avail.
This has gone on for a year with no attempt to rectify the problem.
Very hard person to deal with.
