He was on time, got the job done quick and exceeded my expectations when he found and corrected a few other issues while completing his inspection. He is experienced and came highly recommended to me by other BMW owners. Alex was able to get me in immediately just before Closing recently even without an appointment to install a new battery so that I wouldn't be stranded in very cold weather. That's good service and greatly appreciated. Maintenance and Repairs are done properly and you WILL save money over the Dealership !
