Three words - professional, fast, and fair. I had to get my Jeep up and running to get it inspected because I hadn't driven it in a while. Tony (Manager) identified the problem and got me going as soon as possible. All services were priced right with no surprises.Three words - professional, fast, and fair. My ac wasn't working properly, and I was asking them (Tony manager) if I needed a tune up. I'll try to make this brief. Don't question the ability of this stores manager, he has an angry disposition. They fixed my ac, I went into pick my car up and the engine light was on. Which it wasn't when I brought it in. Brought it up before I left, spoke to mgr. He said it was like that when I brought it in. He was rude and accusing me of making it up. One of the other guys that worked on my car said it was his fault that a plug was displaced. They reset my engine light (I don't have the dialogue of talking about cars) and it was corrected. Bottom line is the manager was immediately defensive and argumentative. As a single older women I feel he was being judgmental and treating me like I was a imbecile. So for $700 I feel there should have been more respect than what I rec'd. I asked him for the owners name and number he said I can't give you that. I talked to one of my sons and he found the number and spoke to the owner. He was disappointed on the treatment I rec'd. But of course my son said the owner called the manager, the manager denied the situation all together. And it was very upsetting to me. I told him I guess I'll just get another mechanic, his response was, fine do that! I know it's hot, I know their busy. But there is no excuse to treat a customer like I was treated. I don't know if anyone will read this review. But I couldn't leave a review on yelp for some reason. I already have a new respective mechanic shop, Christian Brother's in Granbury. Took my SUV in for service on A/C that was making a terrible noise due to water moving somewhere in the dash. Paid $600 and 2 weeks later it's still making the same sound and leaking water on to the floorboards. Took it back in and Al the manager said they've done all they can and refused to offer a refund or partial refund. Terrible service that is not expected from any business but especially a small town business.Took my SUV in for service on A/C that was making a terrible noise due to water moving somewhere in the dash. No service was done on my vehicle. I went in for a tune up, the mechanic told me that, I was wasting my money on that and that my timing belts are the problem and that it is very expensive to fix and that he is not equipt to fix the problem. A month before I went in to see if they could replace my a/c compressor and he said it was going to be about 1000.00 and my car is not worth it.No service was done on my vehicle.
