I was ready to leave Loyd Park in Grand Prairie and the front air leve... read more I was ready to leave Loyd Park in Grand Prairie and the front air leveling system was leaking air and would not raise the motorhome. Not drivable. So, I called Quality RV repair who I've done business with before, but turn out they don't work on the Freightliner chassis. Seconds later she is giving me Tommy's name and number. I called it but got voicemail. It was getting late in the day. My family had already gone home, so I called and arranged for another night, thinking Tommy probably would not call back. But a short time later Tommy did call. Said he would be out soon. Soon was very soon as it turned out. You don't find service people like Tommy very often. He crawled under the bus and determined the valve needed to be replaced. He called several places and left with the bad valve as one place said the may have one. Turns out no, but Freightliner Dallas did and he put it in will call. I drove to Dallas and picked up the part that night. Tommy met me back at the campsite 7 ish the next morning and fixed it. Apparently this part had been partially bad for a long time. My Motorhome rides better, handles better, is much quitter and sets higher then before. When I park I can tell the volume of air being released is much greater than bofore. Can't say enough good about Tommy. He gave me a very reasonable rate for his labor as well. We need more Tommy's in the world. Ken
WE SOLD THE BOAT TO TAMARA AND HER HUSBAND AND THEY GAVE US A $ 690 HO... read more WE SOLD THE BOAT TO TAMARA AND HER HUSBAND AND THEY GAVE US A $ 690 HOT CHECK FOR THE FIRST PAYMENT AND WE GAVE THEM 30 DAYS TO COME AND PAY IT AND THEY ALWAYS MADE AN EXCUSE NOT TO COME AND PAY US THE HOT CHECK THAT THEY GAVE US. SO AFTER 30 DAYS WE WENT AND REPOSSESSED OUR BOAT FROM THEIR HOME. I THINK HER HUSBAND TOLD HIS WIFE THAT WE WERE WORKING ON THE BOAT OR SOMETHING LIKE THAT, BUT WE CHECKED OUT THE BOAT AND THERE WAS NOTHING WRONG WITH THE TILT AND TRIM AND NOTHING WRONG WITH THE BOAT AT ALL THEY JUST DID NOT WANT TO PAY FOR IT. AFTER WE REPOED OUR BOAT WE GAVE THEM ANOTHER 30 DAYS TO COME AND PAY US AND GET THE BOAT BACK. BUT HER HUSBAND WOULD SAY HE WAS COMING TO PAY THE HOT CHECK AND THEN HE NEVER SHOWED UP AT ALL. SO AFTER ABOUT 90 DAYS OF TRYING TO GET THEM TO BRING US A PAYMENT ON OUR BOAT NOT THEIR BOAT AS THEY HAD NOT PAY THE PAYMENTS AS AGREED TO, THEN WE SOLD OUR BOAT TO ANOTHER CUSTOMER THAT PAID US AS AGREED. Chris & JR are crooks. We bought a boat from them and gave them $1500 ... read more Chris & JR are crooks. We bought a boat from them and gave them $1500 down. The first time we took it out the trim would not go up. Chris said he would fix it and we would not have to make a payment till it was fixed. No one answered the phone for over 3 weeks. We sent emails, and left a note in their mailbox. Still no response. I just got a hold of Chris today and he said that he has already sold our boat because we defaulted on our payment. Not only that but he sold our boat with all of OUR stuff in it new stereo, 4 new life jackets, and 3 folding chairs. After reading some of the reviews from other people it seems this is a scam that they are doing on people. BEWARE DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE!
