The owner qouted me one price then charged a higher price. I had a Mo... read more The owner qouted me one price then charged a higher price. I had a Model T Ford engine rebuilt by Piranio. Many problems with the work. First the timing gear was off by 4 positons. I took a while to figure out that problem. Then there was a constant engine noise, which I have later figured out is piston slap in two cylinders. I took my engine out of the car and he said he went thourgh it. I don't know how he missed the scratches on the pistoin. I have pictuers if you want to see them. I put the engine back in the car and the piston noise was still there. Next, I trailered my T up to his shop to let him listen to the noise. He said he thought it was the transmission and didn't konw too much about Model T transmissions. I really this Dennis Prianio is dishonest and only wanted to take my money. I have had this engine out of my car three times now and still have the problem. Buyer Beware.
