Richardo has not kept his word to me several times and is a master of excuses. A 17 month long nightmare so far. They even damaged my paint job!

I call he says he hurt his back and would be sending out his brother and that he was 20 mins out. He said he would call me back in 5 mins. No call no text. I call and phone rings and after 4 rings goes to voicemail. I try several times througout the day same result. Finally left message to cancel. DO NOT USE THEM
