AC cooling problem began with intermittent cooling- contacted grapevine Import Car Care and spoke with Donny. He turned us over to Jason and with COVID 19 contactless service, Jason did a great job! We were notified it was Honda’s infamous CRV clutch failure (a recall issued in 2012-13, but if it wasn’t failing, your vehicle didn’t qualify); Jason posted the diagnosis by email, called and discussed repair, answered questions, wanted our verbal affirmation to complete repair! We have a 2 yr warranty, and cold AC! Just in time-

I highly recommend their services regardless the size of the job to anyone-especially BMW owners. They should be the first stop source for all mechanical needs but especially when you need a second opinion. I took my vehicle (Acura TLX) to have the AC filter, cabin filter and break fluid flushed and was in and out with my two little ones in no time at all!
