I took my vehicle here on a whim.  The staff was extremely courteous to every customer who came through the door.  I saw several return customers who were greeted by name which says it all.  The mechanic discussed several options as well as actually showing me what he found prior to any work being done.  I noticed an immediate difference in the performance of my vehicle once I left.
