Shades and Shadows

The worst service any small business could provide.  I was sold defective alarm that they could not fix and said they would give me all my money back.  They did not.  I had to get an attorney just to get some money back after I was lied to and told I would get a refund.  The owner said he was not the owner (really proud of his business?) so that he would have an excuse not to write a check, or make it harder to sue him in court?.  One of the managers cussed me and my wife out when I came to pick up the check they promised.  This place is run by a bunch of criminals – no offense to other criminals that at least would not lie.
