His name is Ted and the biggest crook I ever have met Charge my insurance company $23,000 and put in a rusted engine that was in his yard. The engine blew after five hours of use and told the insurance company the man he bought it from died even though the serial numbers plate have been scratched off the engine If that wasn’t bad enough during the second insurance claim he tried to do it again try to get the money released and wouldn’t release the boat unless he can do the job.
