The guy helping me was the only person working, and the shop looked like a ghost town. After taking a look at my vehicle, he gave me a verbal estimate. I then told him that I needed a printed quote for Lackland Air Force Base's vehicle operations, as the vehicle was a government vehicle. He then mumbled something under his breath and walked away. It was a little awkward, and I was unsure what the man said. I followed the man back to the office when he turned around and yelled, "Get out of here with that shit, take your business somewhere else!" He then slammed the door to the office. Not only was this whole trip really awkward, but the man working was extremely rude. I'm not sure how this dump makes it's money, but please save yourself some time and never go here.

Then, when I went back to have them fix the errors they gave me excuses about the car having armor all on the vehicle. However, if this was an issue my question was why did they bother to paint it in the first place. This body shop is a scam to get your money. My car was a nice metallic blue with a couple of chips in the paint and now I have to ride around with a faded looking paint job with fish eye all over because the painter's can't paint it because it has armor all on the vehicle.
I shopped around and no one had the glass in stock. Some wanted to or... read more I shopped around and no one had the glass in stock. Some wanted to order the glass and then send it out for tinting. Not only did All Auto Glass have the hard to find glass for my 1991 LS 400 but, the price was much lower and included installation. The tint was already in the glass and the installation was great. Try this place first to find OEM glass. Each time I noticed other glass shops buying their glass from them. Due to vandals, I am a three time repeat customer. Highly recommend.
