We have used them for years and each time they have performed beyond our expectations. From the time you come in to the time you pick up your vehicle, the staff is friendly and knowledgeable. They explain things at a level I can understand. They do not pressure us. They explain the facts and help us determine the best solution and timeline. Each time we bring in our vehicle, they give it a good inspection so we know we are driving a safe vehicle. It used to be hard to find a good car repair shop. I don't know if that is true for today because we have gone to Parra Car Care for so long. If you are looking for a top-notch shop that respects it's customers and tries very hard to please them then this is one of the best. They are great mechanics!

Knowing they offer a shuttle service is a huge plus, but the service and fair price is what I'll come back for. My mechanic worked with me on my parts issues and I feel like I got a good price for quality installing shocks all around. Staff made it as painless as possible and truck drives like it did new. They came to my work and brought me the rental car and took my car to be fixed. They even brought the car back to me when it was done!! The time savings from dropping and picking it up myself is what made me want to use them. Not to mention I even made money on the deal because I referred some of my friends.
