My Camry was tinted by them in February 2007 and in this last year a window started to bubble. I called them and they said to come in to retint my window in 30 minutes. Went on my lunch hour and it looks great! Good customer service is so hard to come by these days and I am so excited to see Rick and his crew still practice it!! The shop diagnosed the problem in time to order the part and turn out my jeep cherokee by mid day the following afternoon. They gave me a few helpful hints and did not try to sell me anything that i did not need. Overall a pretty good experience.
