Quoted the price of $200 plus tax over the phone and was later told th... read more Quoted the price of $200 plus tax over the phone and was later told the charge was $276 plus tax due to the programming of convertible top. I expressed to the mechanic, who I assume was the owner, the price I was told and I would like it to be honored. I was then told by the mechanic I was quoted $212.50 plus tax over the phone which I expressed was not what the lady told me. In addition to not being charged the right amount I asked the receptionist if it’s possible for the mechanic put the battery housing cover back on the battery once complete since an O’Rileys worker removed it to inspect the battery. She stated it wasn’t a problem which I later discovered it was not done. I’m extremely dissatisfied with the level of service I was provided given it was my first time having maintenance done at the shop.

I'm not sure why it took 10 years living in this area, for me to find this established shop. I have been very satisfied with all of the service provided. They are professional, courteous, honest, ethical & provided quality work on my Infiniti, BMW and Landcruiser. They provide you details on the service that needs to be performed and the labor rates are very reasonable. I can't say enough about the satisfaction and savings that I have experienced by taking my vehicles to Byrd Automotive. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS SHOP!
These folks are great. Honestly I try and do most of my repairs myself... read more These folks are great. Honestly I try and do most of my repairs myself. But this one had me stumped. They found it, charged me a very fair price to do so. When we went to drive away, they found an air pressure warning light and balanced out the tires before we left, including checking the spare. I travel for work and everything seems to happen just as soon as I leave. I know if my Wife, Son or Daughter have an issue, when I can't be there, exactly where I'm sending them. Highly Recommended. Plus they have an awesome "guest service dog", Honey, loved her too.
