He will shop parts from different suppliers to find a deal, etc. then present all the options to you and he lets the customer decide. He has always been honest with me and never suggests extra work that doesn't truly need to be done. Never pushy. Always wants what is best for the customer's needs. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

I chose Bill due to the reviews that I saw here ans the fact that he's in Aviation like my husband, so I knew he knows his stuff. He's quick to respond, courteous, knowledgeable, friendly and honest. Everything that you would ever want in a mechanic. He looked at our car & gave us an initial diagnosis. When our part came in, he was quick to get the work done quickly and most importantly, correctly. We're riding back in cold air again!! AND his prices are reasonable compared to dealerships and franchises. We wont go anywhere else from now on. We have our family mechanic for life. I was very impressed that they noticed my oil was extremely low since ... read more I was very impressed that they noticed my oil was extremely low since they were replacing a radiator. This shows how thorough they are, that they checked the oil without being asked. I was very impressed.
