I was ready to leave Loyd Park in Grand Prairie and the front air leve... read more I was ready to leave Loyd Park in Grand Prairie and the front air leveling system was leaking air and would not raise the motorhome. Not drivable. So, I called Quality RV repair who I've done business with before, but turn out they don't work on the Freightliner chassis. Seconds later she is giving me Tommy's name and number. I called it but got voicemail. It was getting late in the day. My family had already gone home, so I called and arranged for another night, thinking Tommy probably would not call back. But a short time later Tommy did call. Said he would be out soon. Soon was very soon as it turned out. You don't find service people like Tommy very often. He crawled under the bus and determined the valve needed to be replaced. He called several places and left with the bad valve as one place said the may have one. Turns out no, but Freightliner Dallas did and he put it in will call. I drove to Dallas and picked up the part that night. Tommy met me back at the campsite 7 ish the next morning and fixed it. Apparently this part had been partially bad for a long time. My Motorhome rides better, handles better, is much quitter and sets higher then before. When I park I can tell the volume of air being released is much greater than bofore. Can't say enough good about Tommy. He gave me a very reasonable rate for his labor as well. We need more Tommy's in the world. Ken
Hi I would like to take the time to warn all of my other tuff members ... read more Hi I would like to take the time to warn all of my other tuff members that David branham owner of spanky's mobile boat repair ripped me off. I paid him to rebuild my carbs and put water pump and the lower unit oil had water in it before he got there After 5 hrs of working on it David told me he was done I paid him cash money I took the boat out the following week that David said he fixed it it ran the same as it did befor david put a hand on it . I took the boat back home tried to give David a call It took me calling David from three different numbers for David to answer when he did I told David I have been trying to reach him for 3 days he said I was a liar. The next sentence he said it was his birthday. He said he would just send my money back I said ok thank you this was two weeks after working on my boat another week went buy I gave David yet another call he said that he did not say he was going to jump up and send my money back right away I was well David can you at least send half my money back he said he would. that was a week ago so in all its been 4 weeks no money back. Boat will not run boat is now leaking lower unit oil so I have taken my time to tell you all please do not use this guy David branham aka spanky's boat repair.

Not higher end h2o tower which takes twice as long to put together and install. If it had been the original tower quoted, then not an issue. As for holes, my team put tower in wrong place and i corrected tower placement, patched holes, sanded and repainted to the point that it was unnoticible. This was to your approval AND I EVEN TOOK $125 off final bill that you failed to mention. Funny how the details of these stories are all one sided. As for justin. This guy had so many things wrong with his boat it isnt funny. When brought in for initial fix, it was done. Then upon testing we find other issues like gimbal bearing and bellows. Any issue we found we put them back in front of line AHEAD of other people! We fully detailed the boat 3times but the upholstery is so dated, that vinyl wont look new. I refused to put a starter on their boat for the way they had been treating me and my team as we bent over backward to try to fix every issue of their early 90's boat. I guess being in a frat makes you entitled?
