I asked what the shop rate was and the service manager said $80/hr. Please be hear by 9am. They didn't even acknowledge that I had arrived at all. They moved my bike into the shop at 10am... and it sat there. Since I was without other transportation I watched as work was done. They did a little on mine and then moved on to other projects. They spent no more than an hour (I timed them) on mine but two hours before they were done. So? When it was time to pay the bill it was for $160 (2 hours). Oh, well, we only charged you for 1.5 hours. And, the hourly rate just went up to $89/hour. Plus tax of course. Hm... And, they wanted twice the rate for recycling my old tires. No thank you, I'll take them with me. When I left the old tires were not with my bike. Were the tires balanced? Uh, there was no need to change whatever weights were on there. Really? I got a call from Rob for the $6 he'd have to pay to recycle the tires left behind. I later picked them up. Should I have mentioned the 1/2 hour false labor or change in quoted hourly rate? I don't recommend this shop. They're not honest, timely, or trustworthy. But, my new tires are installed.

Although they are friendly and helpful when you buy a new bike or 4 wheeler - their after the sale service is abysmal! I have NEVER in 10 years of dealing with these shysters EVER gotten any of my bikes back in less than FOUR MONTHS! Even for simple things that should take a skilled mechanic a half an hour, they take 3-4 MONTHS! And then they ALWAYS find something else that needs doing to your bike and then force you to pay for it so you can actually pick it up and take it home. If you need service - go find someplace else. If you need a new bike, still go somewhere else. These people lie to you at every single chance, they don't call you back and you will ALWAYS have to chase them down to hear the excuse of the day. If there was someone else close to take my Yamaha's to - I would but I am sort of stuck with dealing with them - hopefully you won't get "stuck" with them too... BP Chappell Hill TX

A year ago I took my Can Am to have the valves adjusted and the speedo changed out and the valve covers replaced. I was quoted $35 to adjust the valves and $50 for my warranty deductible. I was told it would take about 3-4 weeks because they were backed up with work. After 5 weeks I call to check on it and was told there was gas in my oil and they had to change the oil in the bike. I had to take off work in the middle of the day because his wife was giving information on my bike to someone who had no right to be given the information and because of her and that person getting into a heated argument she wanted to threaten to have my warranty voided. When I got there to pick my bike up I was told that it was in pieces and they would not release it to me. A week later when I went to pick it up I got a bill for $219. When I inquired about the amount I was told that I had to pay for the oil change (which they never called to ask me if that was ok, they just did it and expected me to pay for it.) PLUS they made me pay tax on the warranty work which ended up being the amount they overbilled the warranty company for and the warranty company told them the extra time they were claiming was unnecessary. So basically they made their money and then some. Even tho Rob the owner admitted that they made a lot of mistakes in my whole ordeal he told me that he had to make money somehow and wouldnt even split the cost of the oil change. This guy is a joke and his wife is too. They will screw you if given the chance. I will never take ANYTHING back to them!
