They did not take proper precautions before welding and they ruined the computer in my truck. They denied responsibility, and although my truck drove into their shop just fine, they claimed it was simply a coincidence that the computer died while there in their bay and their welding did not cause the damage. In an attempt to make thing right, the owner offered to charge me his cost for a new computer and repair my truck with no charge for his labor. It turned out that he had a third party come to his shop and perform the repairs. So, he charged me for the third party labor and not his own, because he did not do the work. So, his offer to do the repairs at his cost ended up costing me $2700, for his shop's error. I will not use this shop again, and I do not recommend this shop to anyone.

We took our trailer to Casey's Campers to have numerous things fixed but specifically to have a new black water tank installed and what we got was a "repair" of the crack that was in the one that was in our trailer even though we were specific that it had already been repaired once and didn't work and that we wanted a new tank. They tried to charge us $425.00 for ½ hour labor to repair a light switch. When I challenged Mr. Casey about this charge he did give me a refund. The "repair" to the black water tank didn't work and neither did several other things that we asked them to do. When we took the trailer back to have them fix all the stuff again they were rude and charged us again to fix it and further the charges were higher the second time than they were the first time. When we got the trailer back the second time we no longer had a slow leak from the black water tank we had a major gushing leak, we had to take the trailer somewhere else and have the entire black water plumbing system replaced. And further the rubber roof on our trailer got so badly damaged while at Caseys Campers that it had to be replaced, to repair the damage that they did cost us $8000.00 and that was in addition to the nearly $3000.00 that Casey's Campers charged us.
