Oil change wash

I have to use this place several times, but this time I pulled up to get my oil change and wash, the guy at the entrance just looked at me I had ask him do you have time to change my oil? He said yep and I would like to have it washed, he did not acknowledge my request so I went inside and waited while the counter staff discussed more important things like what happened over the weekend .
I told the lady I need a wash she said ok, I said how do you know which one i want she said you get the free one I said no I want the upgrade she rolled her eyes looked at my truck and said we can't wash that .
They never got my truck clean before I just delt with it because they we convenant but this is it
