Uncooperative to provide paperwork to allow Proper Registration for Texas Trailer Sale to Louisiana, I asked repeatedly during Sale and After Sale the guy just gives me the same BS about Texas is Not a Notary State. He Assured me at the sale there would be no problem despite my objections. Now here I am a year later and still cannot register the Trailer in Louisiana. Louisiana Buyers Beware!!!
