Other national auto repair shops I've used in the past have increased their pricing beyond reason, so I shopped around, & tried Frank's. Frank’s willingness and desire to help only comes from a serving and compassionate heart. I believe that God always watches over his own. Frank came to our rescue and we were not even in town. We live in Brownsville. Frank drove to the location of the car (that I’ve never seen). He called me and said: “I can fix this for you.” Then he sent me a picture of the repair! charged me by phone sent me a receipt and the car was ready to go. Their driver took me home and within 2 hours, I had a call giving me an accurate diagnosis. I have had work done at Dubs over the years, and it is always top notch. Had one part they had installed go bad within the warranty period and they replaced it at no charge. I always feel that my business is valued and they genuinely care about their customers.
