Leaders, Doni and Jason, were excellent in explaining the pathway they were going to use to get Mercedes E350 repaired. I would not hesitate to use their services again.
I wanted to wait a bit before posting a review just to be positive I w... read more I wanted to wait a bit before posting a review just to be positive I was as pleased with the work as I initially thought, and by golly, I am! Due to Covid restrictions (I guess) my regular repair shop has been closed, and my car was making scary awful noises as I drove (never a good feeling). Car repairs are never easy for a single gal that knows absolutely zero about cars, especially when looking for a new mechanic (get ripped off much)! Anyway, I was given a recommendation by someone I barely knew to go to Jerry at Christian's Auto Repair, and man oh man, am I thrilled I acted on the recommendation! My car is older (2008), and it is driving like a brand new vehicle. I look down and I am going 85 mph (I never normally speed in my "beater" car), and the ride is as smooth and quiet as a new car! Thoroughly pleased with the kindness and professionalism I received at Christians on Dallas Road in Grapevine, and I will be return there going forward for maintenance and repairs. AC cooling problem began with intermittent cooling- contacted grapevine Import Car Care and spoke with Donny. He turned us over to Jason and with COVID 19 contactless service, Jason did a great job! We were notified it was Honda’s infamous CRV clutch failure (a recall issued in 2012-13, but if it wasn’t failing, your vehicle didn’t qualify); Jason posted the diagnosis by email, called and discussed repair, answered questions, wanted our verbal affirmation to complete repair! We have a 2 yr warranty, and cold AC! Just in time-
