I've returned 5 times hoping they'll get it right. Service Dept needs serious help. Maybe ONE mechanic who knows what he/she is doing. A lot less B.S.'ing would be nice, they have an answer for everything they screw up, putting it back on the customer. Took my truck back 4 times already, missing work and two weeks without my truck. They've installed parts I didn't need and when I point that out, they tell me I did need them. They put the wrong parts and tell me to bring it back, and they'll "put the correct parts on at no cost to you." Gee thanks!
