Black tank blockage

Willie was the only one who agreed to help us out with a blockage that occurred on a trip from NY to AZ. He was prompt, courteous, and very successful. We really appreciated his knowledge and assistance in clearing this block and helping us learn how to prevent it in the future. He even used his scope to check out the water heater for any wear/tear in that area.
Very nice guy who helped us line up a site at a nearby rv park, arrived when he said he would, completed the clean-out, educated us about future care, and was very professional and cleaned up!
