The manager/owner was very apologetic and offered to have his mechanic from Zoom-In Automotive fix the damage. He tried and tried to fix the damage. After the mechanic looked at it and determined he could not fix it, the m/o started placing the blame for the damage on us. We said "but you are the ones who folded the mirrors in." He was very aggressive and accusatory to us. If you value your vehicle do not use this business. You will be stuck out. We wish we would have viewed the other complaints from other customers who suffered vehicle damage from their equipment. Now we will have to take stronger means to get the business to provide their insurance so we can file a claim.
Had my daughter take her car here for an oil change. I have been here ... read more Had my daughter take her car here for an oil change. I have been here previously and they were fine. I told her NOT to pay for anything other than an oil change unless she calls me 1st. She ended up with new brakes, oil change and new air filter. The mechanic some how broke the air intake hose on her car and her check engine light came on 2 days later. We had Sears do a diagnostic and they said Waterfalls broke the hose and to take it back and have them replace for free. Well….. they would not replace it, said they did not do it, which is bull because I got on line and found out this is easily broken when changing an air filter since they are so close together. I should have called the BBB on them and may still do that. These ppl are very unscrupulous. Bottom line, cost $214 to repair what they broke, Watch out and do NOT send a sweet young girl in there, she will leave with extra service she does not need and may cost her more in repairs.

BIG MISTAKE. $10.99-exterior wash,vaccuum & windows. At vaccuum station I asked & was told trash bag would be dumped. Finished product, outside had water spots, many windows were streaked & dirty,no trash was dumped BUT I did get a rag & 2 bottles of window cleaner left in my vehicle. PEOPLE save your money & aggrivation. Now I know why I usually drive to 635 & Mac Arthur to Kwik Car Wash.
