Apparently did not even start on it until 5 days after the parts where in! They won't even pick up the phone, so mystery time and day to when I actually get my car back. Also tried to charge me over three times what I could get the parts for. So basically had to order my own parts, drop them off, so they could get it done two weeks later. It's been one headache after another. Finally get a hold of them and they are mad at me for checking on it. They are also saying they have no idea when its going to be done. Seriously? Save yourself a lot of time and frustration.

Ron spent over half a hour driving and checking things. Typical road noise for that model. I tried to pay him for his time, but he wouldn't take any money! Said just to bring it back to him when I needed some work done. That I will surely do! Very nice and honest man to deal with.
I went to Ron's Automotive last month after it started to get hot outs... read more I went to Ron's Automotive last month after it started to get hot outside. My AC worked good last year but with the winter over it was not cold when I turned it on. Ron had his boys look the car over and found dye that he had put in a few years ago leaking from the compressor. He had me look at the leak with special yellow glasses so I could clearly see the leak. Ron gave me a reasonable price and told me I needed to flush the system and replace the filters when he opened the system. Everything was taken care of quickly and the price was actually less than he quoted me. He told me he usually adds a small percentage to each price like 5 or 10% to each bill in case he runs into problems. My job went smoothly so he took this amount back out. Good, honest mechanic shops are hard to find. i will be back.
