The employees here are professional and always happy to explain anything you need them to. They have always been upfront about cost, and they are won't try to force you into work you don't need. People who are worried that they will get up sold on something they do not need should have no fear with this place. They do their best to get the work done quickly as not to leave you without your vehicle long. Obviously this varies based on what you are having done, but like the issue with price, they will let you know ahead of time so that you can plan accordingly. The longest I went was one week, but I was having a laundry list of stuff done to the F150. It is a family truck that sat for years without use. If issues arise during your cars stay they will inform you promptly. I have never left this place unsatisfied, and have made it a point to refer friends, family, and co-workers when they are having car troubles. Jordan M. Knoxville, TN

i bought a 2002 ford explorer from the woman there for 3900 and less t... read more i bought a 2002 ford explorer from the woman there for 3900 and less then two days later im putting 600 dollars into the engine... after the woman gaurenteed me that the motor and transmission was in wonderful transmission... i will never go there again!
