payments and insurance and so forth… Apparently he forgot the agreemen... read more payments and insurance and so forth… Apparently he forgot the agreement he made. He posted an ad that said “ In good mechanical condition and can be driven anywhere with confidence” Now how is that when I can’t even drive it on a test drive. Yes I know ignorance but that’s what I get for trusting a shiesty car dealer like FRANK TALO!!!!!!!!!!! But now he tells me today bring back the rental and I will get your truck to you today, he then makes us wait in the hot sun for an hour and then comes out saying “ I will not release your vehicle without you paying me $900 cash today” WTF!!!!!!! That wasn’t the agreement, this vehicle was supposed to be fixed properly. None of the cars on his lot run *now I know this after spending time down there* All the mechanics he hires has substance abuse problems *found that out with my own eyes while I was sitting waiting on my vehicle one day he says I need to find a mechanic who isn’t a drug head! And then I see one of the mechanics walk off to the side and popping pills with his wife with my own eyes Remember!* I believe I should have my vehicle released and feel he needs to have something done to not have anyone go thru this again! I am calling my lien holder and having them repossess it because if I can’t have my truck neither is he going to be able to make any more money off me! Do I have a case? Misrepresentation, fraud, or even falsifying advertisement… I don’t want cash I want my vehicle and I believe I am entitled to have it since I have been paying correctly!
